At Zorvaya™, we are committed to providing products that support your comfort, confidence, and everyday well-being. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30 day return window , which means you have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items returned dirty, damaged, stained, or broken will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at contactzorvaya@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once we receive and inspect your item:

If a replacement is available, we will send it at no additional cost.

If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees (including expedited shipping upgrades) are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
All returned products are never re-shipped to other customers. Every Zorvaya™ customer always receives a brand-new product.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, orders may already be processed and shipped.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at contactzorvaya@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Zorvaya™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided during checkout. Upon request, we will provide delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier information so you can file a claim with the shipping provider.
This policy does not cover orders where an incorrect shipping address was entered by the customer.
